We’ll ask you to submit a copy of your insurance card along with any relevant documents, such as evaluations or IEPs. You’ll also receive a secure electronic registration form to complete. This helps us keep your child’s records accurate, confidential, and ready for the next step.
STEP 3 – In-Depth Assessment Scheduling
Once registration is complete, we’ll schedule your child’s individualized assessment. This comprehensive evaluation allows our team to design a personalized treatment plan that addresses your child’s unique strengths and areas for growth.
STEP 4 – Insurance Approval & Service Start
After completing the assessment, we’ll submit your child’s individualized treatment plan for insurance approval—and we handle this part for you.
Once authorized, services begin! Our team will start working directly with your child and provide weekly parent training to support carryover of skills at home—empowering you to reinforce progress even when we’re not there. After this step, we’re ready to begin delivering the services tailored to your child’s unique needs.
